*we are a massage based spa, our therapists are not licensed estheticians and we do not do extractions. our face treatments consist of cleansing the skin, exfoliating scrub, detoxifying face mask, replenishing face serum, revitalizing eye cream, hydrating moisturizer and lip moisturizer.
**we take payment for treatments at time of booking to secure your reservation. we are only able to modify your reservation once outside of 48-hours from the start of your treatment time. therapist gratuities and extra add-ons will be paid for upon checkout. more info on cancellations in the policies written below.

the not so fine print
cancellation policy
if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. we are not able to accommodate any time or date changes within 48 hours of treatment start time.
- a cancellation outside of 48 hours: a credit card processing fee of 7% will be retained.
- a cancellation within 48 hours: will be responsible for paying 100% of treatment(s).
- same day cancellations + no shows: will be responsible for the full amount plus 20% gratuity for the therapist.
- discounted treatments are non-refundable.
pool + hot tub use
only guests who are staying at the hotel are allowed on property. no outside guests, visitors, children or additional people allowed on property. thank you for understanding.
pool + hot tub rules
to ensure all guests visiting boon are safe + comfortable + relaxed, we have following rules for our pool + hot tub area – no music other than ours, no smoking (even vape), no floaties + inflatables or noodles, no outside beverages unless it is wine/beer purchased while tasting in the area which will be free of corkage charge, no dogs without leashes, no glass, no diving, no horseplay. the vibe at boon is super chill and we want everyone to be able to enjoy the shared space equally.
adult-focused property
we are an 21+ adult-focused property offering a zen retreat space and a quiet pool + spa, which are not geared toward children. if you are looking for a more family-focused property, please let us know, and we can happily provide some suggestions in our area.
good neighbor policies
boon is a non-smoking property. you can smoke in our parking lot area but not on premises, including vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, cigars, etc. a fee will be charged for any noticeable odor or visible smoke seen anywhere on the property. please respect our request and our environment.
no unregistered guests at any time. should any hotel guests be unreasonably disturbed, due to excessive noise or other extreme circumstances, the offending party may be charged for the other guests inconvenience. we want everyone to love it here. if you are not complying with hotel policy or requests from management to behave, boon reserves the right to ask you to leave and your booking will be non-refundable. don’t be that guy.
