if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. we are not able to accommodate any time or date changes within 48 hours of treatment start time. a credit card processing fee of 7% will be retained for cancellations outside of 48 hours. cancellations within 48 hours will be responsible for paying 100% of treatment(s). no shows will be responsible for the full amount plus 20% gratuity for the therapist.
pool + hot tub use
only guests who are staying at the hotel or are receiving spa treatments are allowed on property. we do not have day passes just for pool use. maximum of two hours for pool/hot tub/lounging time before or after your treatment. you may be asked to leave before the end of two hours if the office is closing or the pool is too crowded. pool time for day spa guests is limited due to our pool capacity—without the limit, we cannot accommodate our hotel guests also lounging by the pool. thank you for understanding.
a 20% auto gratis will be added to each spa treatment for groups of four (4) or more. we are a very tiny spa with only one treatment room and can accommodate 2 people at a time. there is a curtain partition in the room available, if needed. four (4) person group maximum on weekends, friday through sunday. we may be able to accommodate groups of more than six (6), monday through thursday, based on therapist availability and hotel occupancy.
we are an adult-focused property offering a zen retreat space, 24-hour honor bar, and a quiet pool + spa, which are not geared toward children. if you are looking for a more family-focused property, please let us know, and we can happily provide some suggestions in our area.
good neighbor policies
boon is a non-smoking property. you can smoke in our parking lot area but not on premises, including vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, cigars, etc. a fee will be charged for any noticeable odor or visible smoke seen anywhere on the property. please respect our request and our environment.
no unregistered guests at any time. should any hotel guests be unreasonably disturbed, due to excessive noise or other extreme circumstances, the offending party may be charged for the other guests inconvenience. we want everyone to love it here. if you are not complying with hotel policy or requests from management to behave, boon reserves the right to ask you to leave and your booking will be non-refundable. don’t be that guy.
