we know your safety is of the utmost importance and we are focused on making your visit with us safe and memorable. we are here for you. we look forward to seeing your faces.

amenities
arrivals + departures: check-in begins @ 3pm. checkout is @ 11am. we have contactless check-in option still available. payments will all be processed electronically. arrival instructions and documentation will be provided via email and/or text. for contactless check-in, guests will be required to complete an electronic self check-in before arrival. final payment will be processed electronically and receipt will be sent via email after departure. please leave your key in the room and leave the door open + screen door closed for ventilation.
pool + hot tub: both the pool + hot tub are open for use. loungers are first come, first served.
glamping: all tents and boonito camper are available this summer. they all have SHARED bath facilities.
poolside bar: the poolside honor bar is stocked with with artisan spirits + mixers, as well as, local beer + wine, and snacks. the liquor cabinet is locked when the office closes for the evening around 7pm(ish). help yourself and keep a tally on your designated card.
in-room amenities: all rooms have a mini fridge, 2 wine glasses, 2 GoVino plastic wine glasses for use in the pool area, a wine key, knife + cutting board, 2 water glasses + water carafe. *glamping tents + boonito camper do not have mini fridges.
room refreshes: housekeeping is only performing room refreshes upon request. if fresh towels or linens are needed, please let us know.
beach cruisers: our beach cruiser bicycles are available for guest use. we provide a bike lock in your room and no reservations are needed. grab a bike + head out on an adventure around town!
on-site spa: checkout our spa menu here: boon spa menu and give us a call if you would like to book a massage during your stay. we highly recommend trying the CBD cooling balm for ultimate relaxation ($25 add-on to any treatment)!
dining
the boon breakfast is delivered to your door each morning from 8:30-10am. start your day off right with a local pastry + delicious coffee in your cozy bed.
our sister restaurants, boon eat + drink and BROT modern german, are located 1 mile from the hotel in downtown Guerneville.
